The Belonging Counseling approach to Sex Therapy

Our approach to sex therapy in Austin, TX focuses on creating a nonjudgemental, sex-positive, and affirming space where individuals and couples feel safe to explore sex-related topics freely and securely. Through in-person or virtual services, our work will be trauma-informed and inclusive.

We use a combination of attachment-based, somatic, and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) approaches for individuals or couples work. Our practice is a welcoming space for all identities, orientations, and relationship styles including LGBTQ+, kink, non-monogamous, and polyamorous clients.
